Very narrow roads, no heater in room, geyser takes an hour to heat. Paid 3.5k to vacate in few hours. Not worth hard earned money. Felt bad. Do not trust reviews posted here

The property is located just above Dharamsala city with narrow approach. Building is almost 100 year old once owned by Maharaja Hari Singh. A peaceful environment to spend a few days with family far from the crowd within a prime location. Caretaker Sanjeev Kumar is a good host with a good cooking hand.

Stayed in Kasmere suit but rooms are old although spacious. Except location other things (food, luxury, view, staff) are average however charges are much higher as compared to other hotels.

Rooms were large. Spacious. You can enjoy a tea in the garden. Approach road is too narrow. Food was good.

Food is cooked exactly the way I ordered. Staff is very nice. View is amazing. Its an heritage property. I love the feel of being there. My room was on the first floor, a small room since the view was nice I am good. There were bigger and nicer room on the ground floor.

Food , stay and services were excellent. But they need to manage the lawn area. The whole experience was awesome with kasbmir house

Rooms are well updated to modern life. Very neat and clean. Free from pesticides. Very spacious. Bathroom facilities could fulfill all our needs - Hot water etc. Foods are same like home made, fresh, tasty and healthy. Staffs are very helpful, we were treated like their family persons.

It is kind of hidden gem in small lane on otherwise busy square. Rooms are large with a feeling of heritage. Staff behaviour is very courteous. Food in the canteen is tasty, there is a large garden outside and ample parking. Much better option then booking any private hotel, there can be no better value for money
